We’re celebrating National NAIDOC Week by working with local indigenous artists and sporting clubs around the country to create amazing on-field and supporter apparel that represents the rich diversity of First Nations culture.

This is the perfect way for your club, school, or team to celebrate NAIDOC Week from July 2 – 9 with a custom kit that reflects the indigenous culture and traditions of your local area. VETO Sports are experts in bringing Indigenous-inspired kits to life.

Learn more about the process below and how we support Indigenous communities across Australia.

SUPPORTING INDIGENOUS FOOTBALLERS

Veto Sports are proud partners of the Australian Indigenous Football Council and all states and territories that sit under their umbrella as well as the First Nations Indigenous Cup.

Since 2020, VETO Sports have donated $5 from every kit to support the efforts of the Australia Indigenous Football Council in providing pathway opportunities for indigenous footballers. To date, more than $20,000 has been raised.

In 2022, VETO Sports raised over $14,000 which covered the cost of equipment and apparel for the Australian Indigenous Football Teams exhibition games.

This year we’ve set a goal of raising $20,000 which would make the world of difference to those teams.

OUR PROCESS

We’ve simplified and streamlined the process to ensure everyone can have a kit that is unique and reflective of their local heritage. Our process ensures quality work is undertaken at every step with our customers playing a major part in the process at every step.

Below is a general outline from start to finish in creating a NAIDOC kit.

Indigenous artwork is created with the customer (internally or externally).

Uniform quantities and garment specifics are submitted to us.

Once final designs have been approved, your sublimation order is submitted to our factory.

Colour tests are sent to customers for final approval before mass production commences.

Once submitted to our production team, please allow 4-6 weeks before completion.

Uniforms are ready to be collected or sent out to customers, ready to run onto the field!

Orders must be finalised and submitted by the 27th of April 2023 to ensure delivery in time for NAIDOC Week.

DESIGN EXAMPLES

We work closely with our customers to source artwork which we bring to life on the design.

Artwork is often done by members of the club, school or team which strongly reflects their connection to both the local community and organisation.

VETO have been working with various local Indigenous artists to create artwork for clubs that is reflective of their values and location.

EVERY DESIGN IS UNIQUE AND CUSTOM.
